Tag Colors and Ordering
Tag colors make important filters easier to recognize.
Change a Tag color
- Right-click or long-press a Tag.
- Select Change color.
- Choose a color.
- Save.
Reorder Tags
Drag Tags in the Tag carousel to change their order.
Color strategy
Use colors sparingly:
- One color for active work.
- One color for reading or review.
- One color for urgent or broken-link cleanup.
- Neutral colors for broad topics.
Too many colors can make Tags harder to scan.
AI-created Tags
AI-suggested Tags can be renamed, recolored, reordered, or deleted like any manually created Tag.
