Adding Notes

Notes help you remember why you saved a Bookmark and what to do next.

Add a Note while saving​

  1. Select Add Bookmark.
  2. Paste the URL.
  3. Add text in Note.
  4. Select Create Bookmark.

Notes can be up to 2,000 characters in the add/edit dialog.

Add or edit Notes from the Bookmark sheet​

  1. Open a Bookmark.
  2. Select Notes.
  3. Type your note.
  4. Wait for Marqly to save changes.

The app shows a saved state when Notes are saved.

Formatting​

The rich note editor supports common block types such as Paragraph, headings, bullet lists, and numbered lists.

Good note examples​

  • Why you saved the link.
  • The key idea you want to remember.
  • A follow-up action.
  • How the link relates to a project.

Use Highlights for important text from the page itself.
