Using Tags

Tags help you find related Bookmarks across different Boards.

Add Tags to a Bookmark

You can add Tags when you create or edit a Bookmark.

1. Open Add Bookmark or Edit bookmark.
2. Use the Tags field.
3. Add one or more Tags.
4. Save the Bookmark.

Each Tag can be up to 32 characters. A Bookmark can have up to 30 Tags.

Filter by Tag

Select a Tag in the Tag carousel to filter the current view. This is useful when a topic spans multiple Boards.

Boards vs Tags

Use a Board for the main home of a Bookmark. Use Tags for labels that cut across Boards.

Example:

• Board: Research Hub.
• Tags: ai, pricing, competitors.

AI tag suggestions

Pro and Business users can let AI suggest Tags while adding Bookmarks. Automation level is controlled in Settings > Behavior.
