Common Issues
Use this page when something in Marqly does not behave as expected.
Verification code did not arrive
- Check spam, promotions, and other filtered inboxes.
- Wait for the 60-second resend cooldown.
- Confirm you typed the email address correctly.
- Try Google or Apple sign-in if that account uses the same email.
Bookmark already exists
Marqly shows Bookmark already exists when the same URL is already saved. Search for the URL or domain, then edit the existing Bookmark instead of creating a duplicate.
URL is invalid
Use a complete http or https URL. If you copied a partial URL, open it in your browser first, then copy the full address.
Import failed
Your file may be empty, too large, corrupt, unsupported, or over the 10,000 Bookmark import limit. Export a fresh HTML or CSV file from the source app and try again.

I cannot find older Bookmarks
Free users can store up to 2,000 Bookmarks but access is limited to the most recent 100. Upgrade to Pro for full archive access.
Public Board asks for a password
The owner set the Board to Password Protected. Ask the owner for the password or request a public link without password protection.
Billing management opens the wrong place
Subscriptions can be managed by Stripe or an app store. Use Settings > Current Plan so Marqly can show the correct management action.
